Erin brings over 14 years of experience in higher education, specializing in North Carolina's community colleges. She has successfully led complex initiatives in campus development, organizational change, process improvement, event planning, and software implementation, collaborating across educational institutions, workforce development boards, and external partners.


Passionate about professional growth, Erin has developed and facilitated programs focused on student success and employee development. Her leadership experience includes managing cross-functional teams and building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. With a deep understanding of higher education, Erin is dedicated to delivering solutions that drive lasting impact and institutional excellence.


Born and raised in North Carolina, Erin is a wife, mother of two young girls, and "host mom" to their German exchange student. She enjoys traveling, coaching her daughters' sports alongside her husband, staying active, and spending time with friends. Erin holds a B.S. in Business Administration and an MBA.

Julie has over 20 years of experience in community colleges, bringing a wealth of knowledge from both instructional and student services areas to her work in process improvement. With a background as both faculty and administrator, Julie's strength in the classroom seamlessly translates into effective coaching and group management skills in her consulting work. She has worked across all areas of campus operations, helping to identify and solve complex challenges. Julie holds an M.S. in College Student Development and a Ph.D. in Psychology, equipping her with a strong foundation to drive meaningful improvements in higher education.
